If, for any reason, you have a complaint or dispute regarding your loan, please contact Rapid Loans’ Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) team by emailing idr@rapidloans.com.au to lodge your concerns. Our Disputes Manager, in accordance with Rapid Loans’ Dispute Resolution Procedure, will consider your concerns, and report back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction through our Internal Disputes Resolution process, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, or AFCA. AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
