Terms and Conditions

All entries into this Rapid Loans competition are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promoter

The Promoter is Rapid Loans Pty Ltd (ACN 103 660 546) of 1924 Gold Coast Highway, Gold Coast, QLD 4220.

Competition Prize

The competition prize is two Gold Class Movie Vouchers.

How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete a simple multiple-choice question on the online entry form. 
  • There is no correct answer — all participants who submit an entry during the competition period will be entered into the draw.
  • Each verified Rapid Loans customer may submit one entry only during the competition period. 
  • Entries are open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

Competition Period

The competition opens at 10:00 AM AEST on 22 January 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on 6 February 2025 (“Competition Period”). 

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

  • The winner will be contacted by a Rapid Loans representative via email. The vouchers will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address. 
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within two weeks of notification, Rapid Loans Pty Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Once the voucher is e-mailed to the agreed address, it cannot be resent.
  • Rapid Loans Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the voucher after dispatch.

Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other non-excludable rights under Australian consumer protection laws.
  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Rapid Loans Pty Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss), arising in any way from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

Privacy

Rapid Loans Pty Ltd collects and uses personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Spam Act 2003. Personal information collected for the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize.

Verification and Disqualification

Rapid Loans Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries, including identity, age, and place of residence;
  • Disqualify any entrant who is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or attempted to interfere with the fair conduct of the competition;
  • Reject any request for redemption of the prize.

Competition Interference

If the competition is interfered with, or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to events beyond the Promoter’s control (including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud), Rapid Loans Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its discretion, to:

  • Disqualify any claimant; or
  • Modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
